While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather conditions and transportation delays may occasionally impact shipping times. However, most orders arrive well within the estimated timeframe.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. To ensure you receive our updates, please add care@rawrx.in to your email safe list and check your spam folder if necessary. The email will include:

• The courier service’s tracking number

• A link to track your shipment

Order Cancellation

• To cancel an order, please email us at care@rawrx.in with your order details and cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.

• After 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped, making cancellation no longer possible. However, you may refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
